OCIAIn December 2008 Canada will finally have an
Organic Seal, which means that every certifying
organic agency will be accredited by the Canadian
Food Inspection Agency.
Thus, the standards will be the same across
the board. Mapleton’s is also certified by L.F.P
(Local Food Plus) an organization that supports and encourages local food systems.
